Saturday, May 13th, 2017: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm

The exhibitors will be able to access to the exposition hall one hour before the opening. If you need to come early, please contact the technical coordinator.

TECHNICAL AND LOGISTIC COORDINATOR

MOVE-IN SHEDULE

Wednesday, May 10, 2017: 7 am to 9 pm

Thursday, May 11, 2017: 7 am to 9 pm

Note : All exhibit must be in before Thursday, May 10 on 6 pm. The setting of the booth must be end by Thursday, May 10 on 9 pm to allow the storage of boxes, cleaning of aisles and aisles of laying carpet. NO SETTING WILL BE ACCEPTED FRIDAY MORNING.
